Israel’s Economy Is Collapsing & Other Good News

Sometimes there is good news:

Over 46,000 businesses have gone bankrupt, tourism has stopped, Israel’s credit rating was lowered, Israeli bonds are sold at the prices of almost “junk bonds” levels, and the foreign investments that have already dropped by 60% in the first quarter of 2023 (as a result of the policies of Israel’s far-right government before October 7) show no prospects of recovery. The majority of the money invested in Israeli investment funds was diverted to investments abroad because Israelis do not want their own pension funds and insurance funds or their own savings to be tied to the fate of the State of Israel.

What this means is that Israeli is surviving on American charity. Not only is it impossible for Israel to wage war without American supplies, it is impossible for the Israeli economy to avoid collapse without American aid.

Meanwhile, about 40% of settlers who evacuated the north under Hezbollah attacks are likely to not return after the war.

Russia, it appears, now has advisors on the ground in Yemen. If they were intending to give Ansar Allah weapons, this would be the first step. American weapons have been used to sink Russian ships, and Putin has warned that if America supplies weapons and helps with the firing and targeting of those weapons against Russia, Russia will return the favor.

Sinking some American ships would be revenge served cold and I wonder if one of the reasons that Iran and its allies are taking their time with a retaliation attack for the assassinations is because of coordination with Russia.

    Emily D. said it best:

“Hope” is the thing with feathers –
That perches in the soul –
And sings the tune without the words –
And never stops – at all –

And sweetest – in the Gale – is heard –
And sore must be the storm –
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm –

I’ve heard it in the chillest land –
And on the strangest Sea –
Yet – never – in Extremity,
It asked a crumb – of me.

  2. Iran and company are in a bit of a catch-22. They don’t want war, but war or total subservience is all Israel wants. No action even inaction has caused Israel to try to avoid war or even to simply stop escalating.
In a sense war can be peace when the only way one side will stop waging war is by being defeated.
Iran and company can either continue their current course in hopes that eventually Israel’s economy and war lust collapses, or decide to to try to defeat Israel. If they decide to go for the second option at first it will appear like they are engaging in the first option. This is because they’d want to prepare for the war before hand.
Russia, China and the global south at some level recognize that the more defeats and less power the West has the better off they and the world will be.

First they came for Afghanistan I did nothing
Then they came for Iraq I did nothing
Then they came for Libya I did nothing
Then they came for Syria I did nothing
Then they came for Venezuela I did nothing
Then they came for Russia and Russia won
Then they came to genocide Palestine
Then they came for Iran and Lebanon
And we ended their ability to come

Sounds like it’s not their wartime economy, but Americas, and at American taxpayer expense. Amazing the power a few well-funded lobbies can have.

Thankfully, an increasing number of Americans are wondering “Why?” Why do we have to give Israel so much charity no matter what their government does? What’s in it for us? Why have all American politicians no matter their political affiliation, tried to persuade us that Israel status quo is the only way to go? Who exactly benefitted from all the expense of 9-11, Iraq and Afghanistan and all the other costs incurred as a direct result, or collateral damage resulting from that kind of support, when the average US taxpayer sure as hell didn’t?

Yeah, Willy. And also, what do Ukraine’s borders have to do with us?
And who gave the US of Assholia government the right to dictate who should rule Venezuela or, wherever?Just toss a dart blindfolded at a world map.
The brick thick hide bound bozos of the—haha—free world totally lack grace, dignity and compassion.
Israeli Blues. The karma of it all, the shame of it all is unwillingly shared by the US taxpayer.
I wish no one ill, but if The Zionists immolate, I might just attribute it to the ripening of causes and conditions and pop a beer.
